service_unavailable HTTP 503

The service is temporarily unable to handle the request — a dependency is down or a deploy is in progress. Back off and retry; GET /v1/health reports whether it has recovered and needs no credential.

Switch on the code member — service_unavailable — which is stable. Do not parse the type URI: it points here, and where "here" is may change.
